About JC Hermier JC is an artist photographer who likes to explore his own artistic voice and help others find theirs. As a self-taught artist, he has mastered a number of classic and original techniques in order to convey his message. His philosophy is that art should stop time, if only for a moment: ‘Our brains have evolved to filter out what is not deemed as important for survival. What you get 3 hours workshop in a beautiful studio Learn from professional artist photographer JC Hermier The opportunity to shoot with a model A group of 10 like-minded people (max.) Tea and coffee Over the course of the 3 hours, you will learn about several lighting setups and how to direct a model in a photography studio. This workshop is best suited for beginner to proficient photographers. My tutoring style is friendly and helpful. Bring your own camera if you have one or let me know in advance if you’d like to borrow one for the session, as we have some we can lend. Each setup and tutorial will be followed by a live studio “shoot” where you can practice your new skills with the support of JC.
