FREE STUDIO TIME AT STUDIO 101 ( NO BS )

Hi guys, at this moment in time Studio101 is a bit like a caterpillar in a chrysalis soon to be transformed into a beautiful butterfly. Improvements to the studio are an ongoing process which will be stepped up to another level once we get full clearance to expand. For the time being and {after much discussion} we have finally tackled the niggling question of what to do with Studio 2. The decision to paint the room black was first suggested by Studio 101’s lighting tutor, which was not taken very seriously at the time but over time, attitudes changed until there was a consensus of opinion that an all-black studio might not be such a bad idea. Then once we saw the end product any last vestiges of doubt disappeared.

Viewing Gallery: Some are already suggesting that studio 2 is now even better than studio 1, this is even before a viewing gallery is added, a super cool feature that one of our members suggested and everyone instantly got excited about. The process will involve building a balcony to allow photographers or customers to film or just observe proceeding from a great height. Those of you who are familiar with our studio may well be struggling to comprehend how this can realistically be done, so the next time you happen to be down at the 101 studio just ask a member of staff, they will be more than happy to explain.

If you book before 8th July, the first hour is "free". You can even book it for just the one single solitary hour and pay nothing at all.

However, from Monday 4th July we will be raising the price to the same level as studio 1. Before the makeover, a fair few had referred to studio 2 as wasted space, saying that its interest would be better served if it had another purpose besides being a cheaper option to studio 1. Now that it is no longer a cheaper space but a different and better space, the case for rental parity should, if not fully appreciated, at least be understood.
